Plature respects your right to privacy. This policy describes which personal data we process, why, and what rights you have.

What information do we process?
When you visit plature.com and have given consent to statistics cookies, we process:
- Anonymised IP address
- Browser and device information (type, language, screen size)

When you contact us
If you fill in the contact form or send us an email, we process your name, your email, your organisation (if provided) and the content of your inquiry.
Legal basis
Statistics about site use are processed on the basis of consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). Responding to inquiries and operation/security of the site are processed on the basis of legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
Data processors
We use Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics) for statistics about site use, and our hosting provider for site operation. We have data processing agreements with all processors.
International data transfers
Google Analytics data may be transferred to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We have implemented the following safeguards:
- IP anonymisation enabled
- Google Signals disabled
- Personalised advertising disabled
- Data retention set to 2 months (minimum)
Retention periods
Statistics data from Google Analytics is kept for 2 months. Email inquiries are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact. Cookie consent is stored for 12 months.
Your rights
You have the right at any time to:

- Have inaccurate information corrected
- Have information deleted (“right to be forgotten”)
